Complaints Procedure

Any complaint about SupaFit Sport provisions will be taken seriously and suitably.

We want to create the best possible sporting experiences for children as we truly believe memorable experiences when young will lead to an active adulthood and lifestyle.

Complaints will be dealt with by an appropriate member of the senior leadership team within SupaFit Sports.

Complaints can be made to the lead coach of your club or sent to info@supafitsports.co.uk.

We aim to address all complaints within 72 hours or receipt.

If there is a safeguarding concern SupaFit will contact local authorities if needed. 

If there is an immediate risk, SupaFit will contact the police.

Every complaint will be:

  • Recorded 
  • Investigated
  • Can be accessible for childcare assessors
  • Followed up with a phone call to explain the outcome of the complaint and if any actions have been put in place.

 

We are committed to providing quality child provisions and will always try to avoid or rectify any situations that may occur. We encourage you to be open and raise concerns if you have any.
